A rooftop in Marakesh. A colorful brocade jacket and harem pants. We love this quinissentially bohemian image, but it's not an ad for Bohême. The photo is an iconic image of Talitha Getty taken in 1969 and hangs in the National Portrait Museum in London. Getty, born Talitha Pol in Java, Indonesia was an actress and bohemian style icon of the late 60s. To learn more about her....well, you know (Google her).
The doors are open, the lights are on and the kinks are (hopefully!) worked out ahead of our Grand Opening Celebration. After months of planning, we're thrilled with the look and feel of Bohême and can't wait to share it with Asheville. The Grand Opening Party happens Saturday, April 11 from 4 - 7pm. Wines of Spain and Portugal will be offered and the first 50 guests will receive a free Baggallini mini travel bag. And be sure to enter the drawing for three special prizes. See you there!
