Order Shipping

We currently ship via US Postal Service. Your order will usually ship on the business day following the day they are placed. Order received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. If that Monday is a Federal holiday, those orders will be shipped on Tuesday.


Free Domestic Priority (3-day) Shipping

Free domestic priority shipping is offered on orders over $50 and applies to the 48 lower states and Puerto Rico.  Sorry, but free shipping is not offered for Alaska, Hawaii or other U.S territories or possessions.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange it or return it for a refund within 14 days of receipt.  The "date of receipt" is the day on which US Postal Service records delivery to your shipping address. 

In order to receive a full refund or exchange credit, the returned item MUST:

  • Be in original, unused, unworn and unwashed condition and free of any damage, including but not limited to tears, stains, makeup smears and perfume, cigarette or other odors.
  • Have all original tags and labels attached.

Hassle-Free Returns

To start a return, just send us an email with your order number and a description of the item you are returning (if you had more than one item in your order) and the reason for the return (i.e., "did not fit").  We will email you a pre-paid USPS mailing label within 24 hours.  Simply print the mailing label and use it to mail back the item via US Postal Service.

A refund will be issued within 24 hours of receipt.  Please note, credit card processors may take up to 7 business days to post a credit to your account.  (We have no control over this.)

NOTE: Return shipping is paid by the buyer and this amount (which will be visible to you on your mailing label) will be deducted from your refund.
